2. Eligibility & User Data
To use our services, you must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age. You agree that:
- All information you provide (GST, Bank Statements, KYC) is accurate and truthful.
- You authorize us to share this data with our partner banks to check your loan eligibility.
- You authorize us to fetch your credit report from bureaus like CIBIL/Experian if required for the application.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting fraudulent or forged documents.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Attempting to bypass our security measures or reverse-engineer our tools (like the loan calculators).
4. Intellectual Property
The name "Dhan Saarthi," its logo, and all custom UI elements and algorithms are the exclusive property of Dhan Saarthi. No part of this website may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dhan Saarthi shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, including but not limited to, rejection of loan applications or fluctuations in interest rates offered by third-party lenders.
